BELGIAN ENDIVE CROQUETTE

  • Belgian endive
  • Parsley leaves
  • A thick slice of tasty ham
  • Apple

Finely chop the Belgian endive & parsley leaves.
Cut the ham and apple into small cubes (6mm) (brunoise).
Mix the ingredients all together and arrange nicely on a plate or slate.
Place the Belgian endive/ham croquette on top of the salad.
Can be served with a separate delicious vinaigrette, if you wish.
