Cook some pitta meat until crispy.
Cut the red pepper julienne style and fry briefly.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
Mix the mesclun salad with the garden herbs and red pepper, pitta meat, feta cheese and serve on a plate.

Deep fry the pitta croquette (do not defrost!) 7 – 8 mins at 175°C and place the croquette on top of the salad.
